đWhat is your photo/video policy?
Photos and videos of the proceedings and participants of The Historic Disclosure Conference and Press Conference (June 10 â 12, 2023)Â
Are allowed for news purposes only. Any commercial use of photos and videos must be approved in writing by STAR LLC before the event.
đWhere do I park?
Please review the parking instructions. Please Note: The JW Marriott and National Press Club are just a 5 min walk from the nearest Metro Center Station.

Due to the Capital PRIDE Parade and Festival activities, there will be many road closures and heavy traffic within the DC city limits. Please plan accordingly for transportation to and from the hotel.

As there will be a large influx of people for that weekend, we highly recommend making your lunch and dinner reservations well in advance.
\What if I don't receive my e-ticket?
Your e-ticket will be sent immediately after your purchase. Please check your spam and junk folders.Â

The #1 reason for this is a typo in your email address. Another issue is that you used a Microsoft-based email provider and they blocked your email, or you used an old email address. Before contacting support, please make sure you check all your email addresses for your order details.

Please be very careful when adding your email during checkout. The system won't correct typos. (Common typos: .con, .gnail, hotnail, etc.).

Please note: Microsoft-based email services (hotmail, outlook, msn, live) do not deliver all mail they consider spam to your spam folder, some of it is deleted and we are unable to resend the email to that email address. Please be aware of this if you're using a Microsoft-based email address.
What time is registration?
Registration is on Friday, June 9th, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM EDT. We ask that everyone arrives within this 4-hour window.Â
Where can I register?
The registration for Historic Disclosure Conference, DC Premiere of âThe Lost Century" and the National Press Conference will take place at JW MARRIOTT, 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004.
What do I need in order to register on June 9th?
Arrive at the registration booth with your phone ready to show your e-ticket. Please do not block the main check-in line unless you have a ticket ready to show the volunteer at the registration booth.Â

What should I do if I miss the registration window for the in-person event (Friday, June 9, 2023 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM EDT)?
Everyone must register for the event. Â If you think you'll be unable to make the registration window, please contact Lera vedisclosure@gmail.com to coordinate arrival and registration.
Can I purchase a VIP ticket and a General ticket for my guest?Â
Yes, please purchase your VIP ticket(s), and then CLICK HEREÂ to purchase your additional tickets. You cannot purchase a general and a VIP ticket under one order.Â
Why do I need to register for the event if I already have my e-ticket?
Everyone must check-in for the event in order to receive a conference pass that will give you access to events based on your ticket category. Please keep your pass for the duration of the event.Â
Do we get a discount if we stay at the resort?
Attendees are free to make their own food and lodging arrangements.

Do I have to stay at the Marriott to come to the conference?Â

What is the cancellation policy?
The $499 and $599 conference admission packages are transferable but not refundable. Please contact admin@siriusdisclosure.com if you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please include your name, email and the name of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to.

Will my ticket include the webinar replay?
Yes. Your in-person ticket includes access to the webinar replay. More information is coming soon.Â
When will I receive my webinar replay link
You will receive your webinar replay link on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 8:00 PM EDT, and you will have access to this recording for at least 2 months.
I will be attending virtually only. Do I register for the webinar?
All webinar attendees must register for the 2-day webinar. You will receive a link to register for the 2-day webinar on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 8:00 PM EDT. The National Press Club event is Monday, June 12, 2023 and will stream live on YouTube. No registration is required. We will send everyone a link to join and share! More information to come.
How do we purchase multiple tickets?
You can only purchase 2 tickets per transaction. Please confirm the amount of tickets you're purchasing. Enter your guests' full name as it should appear on their e-ticket and their email address so that we can send them their e-ticket on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 8:00 PM EDT. If you need to change a guest ticket, please contact us at admin@siriusdisclosure.com. Â

How can I register for a "6 Nights under the Stars with Dr. Greer" after the conference?
To attend a â6 Nights Under the Starsâ event with Dr. Greer you need the pre-requisite of one of Dr. Greerâs  3 day Contact Conferences (in person or virtual) or have attended a â6 Nightsâ already. To get notifications of the 3-day conference, please sign up for our email list at siriusdisclosure.com. We have not yet finalized plans for the 2023 schedule for Contact Conferences. If you have questions, please write to annakramer@siriusdisclosure.com.
Can I purchase tickets later or will tickets be sold at the door?

Ticket purchase is subject to availability. Please note, we only have a limited number of tickets, so we encourage you to purchase all your tickets at once. We do not hold tickets and they are sold on a first come, first serve basis.Â
How will I receive my ticket for the conference?
All attendees will receive their e-ticket(s) on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 8 PM EDT. Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to the email address you provided during the online purchase. It is very important that you enter your email address correctly. Please check for typos (.con, gnail,.. are common typos and this will blacklist your email and require you to contact Kartra to remove the block).Â

How will my guest(s) receive their ticket for the conference?
We will send the webinar replay link to the email address you provided for your guest during your online purchase.You and your guest will receive the webinar replay link on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 8:00 PM EDT.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Please contact Starsha admin@SiriusDisclosure.com. Please include the name and email address you used when you signed up, and the name and email address of the person you're transferring your ticket to.Â

You will receive an email with important information regarding the event, registration, your e-ticket, and more, closer to the event.Â

Will lunch and dinner be provided?
Attendees are on their own for lunch and dinner. Please check the JW Marriott website for dining options.Â
What do I need to bring to the conference?
Please bring a notepad and pen if you would like to take notes. However, you will also have access to webinar for up to 2 months.Â

No, we do not sell tickets for the VIP Reception only.Â
Will the venue be wheelchair accessible?
The ballroom is wheelchair accessible. Please notify Lera vedisclosure@gmail.com if assistance is required.
đWill you provide American Sign Language Interpreters for the upcoming conference?
We dont provide language interpreters, but if you are considering having an interpreter accompany you for the upcoming event, please contact vedisclosure@gmail.com to make arrangements.
Are pets allowed?
Please contact the Marriott regarding service dogs or pets.
