What time is registration?
Registration is on Friday, September 16th, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm MST. We ask that everyone arrives within this 4-hour window.
What should I do if I miss the registration window (Friday, September 16, 2022 3:00pm - 7:00pm MST)?
Everyone must register for the event. An event pass is required to access all sessions, including Sunday Night Under the Stars. If you think you'll be unable to make the registration window (Friday, September 16, 2022 3:00pm - 7:00pm MST), please contact Lera vedisclosure@gmail.com to coordinate arrival and registration.
Do we get a discount if we stay at the resort?
The resort will handle all reservations.
Each individual will be responsible for making their own guestroom reservation. Please BOOK YOUR RESERVATION or call the resort directly at (480) 789-5300, toll-free at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort Reservations at (844) 493-5672.
When making reservations, individuals must identify themselves as a member of (CE5 CONTACT) in order to receive the group rate.
All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first-night, non-refundable room deposit with a major credit card. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Smoke-Free Policy:
The resort is a smoke-free resort. To protect the smoke-free environment, the Resort will post a $200 cleaning fee to the account of any guests who smoke in their guest rooms.
Does my ticket come with Sunday Night Under the Stars?
Yes. General and VIP admission both include a ticket to Sunday Night Under the Stars.
Will my ticket include the webinar replay?
Yes. Your in-person ticket includes access to the webinar replay. More information is coming soon.
How do we purchase multiple tickets?
You can only purchase one ticket per email address. If you're purchasing multiple tickets, please make sure you're including the attendees name and email so that they receive their confirmation and their e-ticket.
How can I register for a "6 Nights under the Stars with Dr. Greer" after the September conference?
Right now, we do not have a "6 Nights under the Stars with Dr. Greer," planned for after the September conference. These week-long events are very small, with only about 20 - 25 people besides Dr. Greer and his core team. Since it is such a small group, it sells out quickly.
We currently have over 700+ eligible people from the April event, and that list will grow after the September ET Contact Conference. Also, eligible is anyone who had previously attended an expedition. It’s a lot of people, but we are trying to figure out the best way to deal with this situation.
Will tickets be sold at the door?
This depends on how many tickets we still have available. Please keep in mind that the CE5 Contact event in April was sold out.
How will I receive my ticket for the conference?
All attendees will receive an e-ticket the week before the event. Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
How will my guest(s) receive their ticket for the conference?
You can only purchase one ticket per email address. If your second ticket is for a guest, the ticket will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Please contact Starsha admin@SiriusDisclosure.com. Please include the name and email address you used when you signed up, and the name and email address of the person you're transferring your ticket to.
Will lunch and dinner be provided?
Lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday. Dinner is not provided, but the resort has various restaurants to choose from. If you must leave during the dinner break, please plan to be back in the ballroom before the next session starts.
What do I need to bring to the conference?
Please bring a small flashlight and wear multiple layers of clothing, as it will get cold out under the stars. You do not need to bring a chair. Chairs will be provided.
How should we dress for the "Under the Stars" event?
You will need to dress warm, it gets very cold. Please also bring a flashlight.
Can we just purchase a ticket to Sunday Under the Stars?
You can purchase, Sunday Night Under the Stars Webinar, but we are not selling separate Sunday Night Under the Stars in -person tickets.
Can we just purchase a ticket to the VIP Reception?
No, we do not sell tickets for the VIP Reception only.
Will transportation be provided for the "Under the Stars" event?
Yes, buses will be provided for Sunday Night Under the Stars ONLY. All attendees must ride the bus. More information will be provided closer to the event.
Will the off-site location be wheelchair accessible?
The ballroom is wheelchair accessible, but Rosa Ranch, the location for Sunday Night Under the Stars, is remote and treacherous.

Are pets allowed?
As per WeKoPa resort policy, Dogs of up to 30 pounds are allowed for a $50 per stay pet fee. A deposit of $150 per stay is also required. Unfortunately, any other pets are not permitted. You will have to contact the resort to make arrangements. Please note: No pets are allowed during the ballroom sessions and under the stars event. What would be helpful background materials for the conference?
Practicing with the CE5 Contact App will give you an excellent background for what Dr. Steven Greer will be teaching.
